• Trained the IT department on web best practices, helping improve meeting efficiency and strengthening the team’s ability to maintain and manage the website long term.

• Led weekly meetings with the Chief of Staff to review web strategy, assess organizational needs, and guide decision-making for digital initiatives.

• Directed approvals for graphics, layout, UI, and UX, ensuring projects stayed on schedule and aligned with organizational goals.

Visual Design & UX/UI

• Designed key website pages—including home, landing, profile, bill-tracking, and budget-tracking pages—allowing users to easily access real-time information about Massachusetts government business, representatives, senators, legislation, and budgets.

• Created custom icons and interface elements that improved the visibility and usability of key information across the site.

• Designed intuitive site architecture and user flows to simplify navigation and reduce the number of steps required for common user tasks.

• Collaborated closely with the development team during quality assurance to balance technical requirements with design integrity and user experience.
