The website for the Eastern Massachusetts Swim Officials Association (EMSOA) was designed to provide a clear and reliable online resource for swim officials, swim teams, and athletic organizations across Eastern Massachusetts. The goal of the project was to create a structured, easy-to-navigate website where officials could quickly access important information related to certification, scheduling, and organizational updates.
