WEBSITE MAINTENANCE: Responsible for the ongoing maintenance and updates of a static union website using HTML, CSS, and JavaScript. This ensured uninterrupted access to vital information for union members while the team concurrently developed a new, responsive website.

VISUAL, UI & UX DESIGNER: Responsible for the design, development, and implementation of the MNA Union's first intranet, resulting in improved efficiency and communication for union members and staff. Key responsibilities included: - Designing and developing 85+ pages for bargaining units, ensuring data security and compliance. - Creating and maintaining 5 region-specific sections, focusing on timely delivery of relevant information. - Optimizing user experience and interface design for intuitive navigation and access to essential documents. - Collaborated with HR and union representatives to identify information needs and prioritize content.

WEB GRAPHIC DESIGNER - Create custom headline images for MNA News and MNA hero webpage sections.

ILLUSTRATOR - Created spot illustrations for the Massachusetts Nurse Association's monthly publication, reaching over 20,000 nurses with engaging visuals summarizing union updates.
